Hi try holding down the power button for aprox 60 seconds with charger plugged in if u don't have any luck try holding down power button & volume up button at the same time to see if it will reboot .. good luck
First of all, just try pressing On/Off button gently from center. If it does not help, please press On/Off button gently from each corner once and check if that buttons comes to its normal position and work.
If issue persists, it is recommended to contact your tablet manufacturer Lenovo Support Center to replace the tablet or repair the On/Off button.

Hey there! Because of your particular situation, you may have to perform a hard reset, as it seems the update process didn't complete successfully, leaving your tablet with a corrupt operating system. Before attempting this, please have the tablet charged up all the way so that the reset can complete fully without interruptions.

I found the solution to this. If you click the link underneath the box where it is asking you to enter a code, it will actually display the code that you need to type on the keyboard. Also, make sure the keyboard is NOT charging when you pair.
Hi Michelle, try turning your tablet off then on.... If still no Wi-Fi and you're trying to connect to your home Wi-Fi The password is on the back of the modem in the house, Write it down then go into your phone/tablet settings and tap "CONNECTIONS", Then tap on Wi-Fi and make sure it's switched on(should be a button there), Once switched on it should start scanning automatically for networks, but if not then there's a scan button there somewhere. When it finds the modem just tap on it and a small window opens for the password, Type in the pass word tap ok and you're connected... Bellow is a link to a short youtube video explaining pretty much the same thing I said..... I hope this helps..., CHEERS..
