I would suggest removing the cover off the back, take out the battery and let it sit for 15-20 seconds. This will reset your device and turn the power off. Put the battery back in and repower everything back up by turning it back on. Hope this helps and good luck

What you should do is check your PC Control Settings and then under devices, try restarting the PC and make sure that nothing is in the cable outlet, make sure that you go under "My Computer" once you restarted the computer.

From your description it is a factory defect and should be returned for a replacement.

Go to Device Manager
To get to Device Manager you will:
Right click on My Computer>Properties>click the Hardware Tab>Device Manager.
After you are in Device Manager look for your MP3 player or Unit.
Here you should see no "Yellow" exclamation points.
If you do they they are telling you that you have a device conflict.
If you currnetly have your unit plugged in, you may notice the "unknown device" which would be your Player or Unit.
If you unit has an exclamation point by it, then you will need to click on it and delete it.
After you remove all devices with conflicts then click on refresh and search again for your MP3 player/Device.
The computer should install your device this time and solve your problem with connection of the MP3 player/Device.

i think in 3 possible solutions: 1- try to charge it with another charger 2- connect your mp4 to a computer and run a virus scan, after this try it. if don't, format your mp4 and try to charge it again. 3- the charge system of your mp4 is damaged, so take it to the technical support for to repair it.
