i think ,it is compreesor problem.

it could be something rapped around the condersser fan blad.is the freezer working good? or it could be the motor it self goining bad.

please try it according to filter catalogue.

controller of cooling may be get damaged.

Is it the new one or old one stuck. You may have to loosen other things to get it out. There is not a lot of working room with these things.

The noise could be the blade is coming loose on the shaft. It would need to be tightened. Or it could be it is striking the frame.

You should have pins or clips that rest in a standard that you can take out for adjustments. Simply pop them out . If yours are made onto the shelf itself, then raise up on the front side of the glass then pull it out from the post or standard.

That model does not have a control board. What problem are you having? The unit does not cool?

my maytag freezer not wotking correctly, the top shelf not cold, I bought a meat and tryed to put it on the top shelf, unfortunately, my meat went to the garbage and just the botttom shelf takes time to freeze, better than the top shelf
any help ?

We too have this 2005 model and have to remove ice at the bottom each month....solution...buy a new freezer before we lose all contents.Looking at Amana...high ratings and few complaints

My father was an expert refrigeration man for over 50years so i picked up a few tips. Change your Thermostat/take it of your fridge carefully drawing a diagram of where the wires and conecters are. Take the themostate to a domestic applience shop.Then fit it as your diagam tells you .Not the instructions in the box to complicated ? this will save you 80-90 pound.
