Super Stack sl-3. Why doesn't it drain all of the water?
If you hear water swishing around when you turn the drum, but you don't see any at the bottom of the drum, that's normal and the way it's designed. Its most likely because there's 2 drums, an inner which is the one you are turning and an outer. The outer drum is stationary and always retains some water that it cannot pump out. The remaining water also helps for balancing the drum when spinning...
SkyBox second button will not dispense
If nothing happens, the switch behind the button must be broken, or something on the PCB that the button is mounted to is broken. But if lights blink, then the button is ok and the problem is with the motor or some sensor. I have a troubleshooting guide for the dispensing system (better than Maytag ever published), as I was directly involved in the design of this product. This does not cover the refridgeration system, as that was provided by our Chinese manufacturer. Please email me at:

Maytag Neptune MAH8700AWW Error Code Hr
When starting the spining cycle I could observed that the pump's cable touch the metal floor. When that happen the "Hr" error code appear inmediately. Conclusion: With years of use the cable's insulation was wear out. I strap the cable so it can not touch the metal and problem solved. Hint: You should also check the dampers (4) for excesive wear.M.Caro
I replaced my HV control board on my Maytag MFI2067AES and programmed the code from my refrigerator but the code is not being saved. Do I have the wrong board?
If you have replaced the HV control board on your Maytag MFI2067AES refrigerator and programmed the code from your refrigerator, but the code is not being saved, there could be a few possible causes:
- Wrong board: It's possible that you may have installed the wrong control board for your refrigerator model. Make sure to double-check the part number and compatibility before installing a new control board.
- Improper programming: Make sure that you are properly programming the control board with the correct code. Follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully and ensure that you are entering the code correctly.
- Control board issue: It's possible that the control board itself may be defective and is unable to save the code. Try resetting the control board to factory defaults and reprogramming it with the correct code. If the issue persists, you may need to replace the control board again.
- Other issues: There could be other issues with your refrigerator that are preventing the code from being saved, such as a faulty user interface or a problem with the door switch. You may need to perform further diagnosis or seek the help of a qualified repair technician to identify and fix the issue.

Maytag refrigerator control panel
It's possible that the issue is with the control board and not just the control panel. Before replacing the control board, here are a few things you can check:
- Make sure the control panel is properly connected to the control board. Check the connections and make sure they are secure.
- Check for any damaged wires or connectors. Look for any signs of damage, such as frayed wires or loose connectors.
- Check the voltage to the control board. Use a multimeter to check the voltage at the control board. If there is no voltage, there may be an issue with the wiring or power supply.
- Check the fuses on the control board. If the fuses are blown, the control board will not function properly.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it's possible that the control board is faulty and needs to be replaced. However, it's important to note that diagnosing and repairing electrical issues can be dangerous and should only be attempted by qualified professionals. If you're not comfortable working with electrical components, it's best to seek the help of a certified technician.

Maytag Stove Model MER5730AAA ... Baking element stays on. (Relay Board?)
If the baking element stays on even when the oven is turned off or when it's set to a different temperature, the issue might be with the relay board. The relay board is responsible for sending power to the bake element when it's supposed to be on, and cutting off power when it's supposed to be off.
To confirm if the relay board is the culprit, you can try the following:
- Turn off the power to the oven at the circuit breaker.
- Remove the back panel of the oven to access the relay board.
- Look for any signs of damage or burning on the board.
- Inspect the connections and wiring for any signs of damage or burning.
- Use a multimeter to test for continuity across the contacts of the relay board that control the bake element.
- If the continuity is present when the oven is turned off, or if the board is visibly damaged or burnt, then it's likely that the relay board needs to be replaced.
If the relay board is determined to be the issue, it's recommended to have a qualified technician replace it as working with electrical components can be dangerous.
Maytag insignia- noisy spin and doesn't pump water out
If your Maytag washing machine is making a loud noise during the spin cycle and is not draining the water, there are a few possible causes. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
- Check the drain hose: Make sure the drain hose is not clogged or kinked. If the hose is clogged or kinked, water may not be able to drain properly.
- Check the pump: The pump is responsible for draining the water from the washing machine. If the pump is not working properly, it may be making a loud noise and not draining the water. You can check the pump by removing the front panel of the washing machine and locating the pump. Check for any visible damage or obstructions.
- Check the belt: The belt is responsible for turning the pump. If the belt is worn or broken, the pump may not be able to drain the water properly. You can check the belt by removing the back panel of the washing machine and inspecting the belt.
- Check the bearings: The bearings are located in the drum of the washing machine and can wear out over time, causing a loud noise during the spin cycle. If the bearings are worn out, they will need to be replaced.

I Maytag centennial it finish it cycle but it still sounds like the water is draining
If your Maytag Centennial washing machine is making a sound like it's draining water even though there's no water in the tub, it could be an issue with the drain pump. The drain pump is responsible for removing water from the machine during the spin cycle.
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
- Unplug the washing machine and remove any remaining water from the tub manually.
- Check the drain hose for any kinks or blockages. If you find any, clear them out.
- Remove the drain pump from the washing machine and check for any clogs or damage. If you find any, clean or replace the pump as needed.
- Reinstall the drain pump and run the washing machine to see if the issue has been resolved.
If these steps do not solve the problem, it may be necessary to call a professional repair technician to diagnose and fix the issue.
