The only way is to swap out for a new board unless you are an electronics technician. It looks like defrost is controlled by sensors and a board, that than a timer and heater. Time for a new one. Bad bearings would not cause that. Bad bearings cause a jet engine noise in spin, plus you get movement in the drum or a grating sound when you turn the drum. You can 'feel' bad bearings just like you can on a car.
