One or more of the tub suspension rods or dampening straps could be damaged. Does the tub bounce smoothly, if you push it down and then release it? This checks the suspension rods. No, drain it. Just remove the drain hose from the clip at the rear and low the hose into a pail or cooking tray. Gravity will do the rest. Make sure it is always kept upright unless you have the transport brackets.
