Before calling for service: If clothing is still wet it means no spin. The most common problem with this model is a loose connection from the lid switch to the control board. Two white wires going from the lid switch to the control board should be cleaned. Do not touch the control board - especially in dry climates. Static electricity can ruin a board.

check your vent outside maybe buried in snow?never seen that before sure its not the washer leaking towards dryer?

Yor control board is bad or has some bad solder joints on it.

Could it be the house fuses? I doubt there are fuses in a washer.

Possible that the main module- processor- has failed - in which case there wont be any switching of the modes. Check power circuits and plug in's , if there is moisture use a heater to remove and reset the PCB.

If doesnt drain the water first, then the pump outlet filter is blocked

Remove front panel, lay washer on side opposite the strut you are replacing, remove old strut, replace with new one.

The problem may not be with the washer, you may have it plugged into a circuit that made to carry the load. Check the owners manual to see if it tells you what the draw is and then see if that circuit is made to carry that large of a load

Could be the screens in the hoses at the wall hook ups are plugged or restricted. Check them first.
