Press the MODE button but do not hold it in.
repeatedly pressing the MODE button will alternately display the DAY OF THE WEEK or the SECONDS next to the time.
With the DAY OF THE WEEK displayed, press and hold the UP button for up to 5 seconds. Each 5 second press of the UP button will move the time zone by one.
When finished, you may press the MODE once again to revert to SECONDS display.

If you are computer savvy, remove the memory sticks and hard drive, fit a new backup cell and power it on empty. If it loads to no OS on screen, add memory and check again. If it now fails, replace the memory otherwise fit the hard drive and repeat the test. That will let you know which way to go about repairing.

I would have the battery tested out and see ,it may be simple as that.

hold down the Fn button and press the button with a camera symbol (its F9 on mine) at the same time.

The camera symbol at the bottom right of the screen should show a white circle rather than a red cross. this means it is switched on.

my sugestion is to leave laptop unpluged from wall and removed battery and leave to cool for 3 days and then check on the fourth day replace battery. and reboot laptop. if problem accures take to be repaired, as the hard disc may have over heated plus comntatcs for hard disc and motherboard this is the only help I can give I leave mine on for 5 -6 days somtimes then turn the thing off to cool down the other addvice is if it works get it a laptop cooler which it sits on and keeps it cool. best of luck on the laptop

Don't think he expected them to! You will be unlikely to find one other than used. Medion will repair.. but at a price.

Try Ctrl + F11 as soon as you turn on the laptop. This would take you to the complete factory restore of the system.

You can go to sony.com to get the driver. Go to Support/drivers and downloads. Put in the computer's model and you can find the driver there.

If you download this and write it out as an executable on to a flashdrive or CD, you can shutdown and restart your machine and use it to move files from c: to d: . depends on how many RAM slots it has and what your using it for. if your using it for office work I suggest you use 2 to 4 GB of RAM any more is a waste of money. most all in one desktops come with 2 RAM slots so the MAX RAM is 2 sticks of 16gb RAM. hope this helps!
