Laptop touchpad not working

Dear John,Although you did not mention your laptop model, Medion laptops use a combination of the 'Fn' key with one of the function keys on the top part of your keyboard to enable/disable the touchpad, that can be F3 or F6 or F8. So, try pressing the 'Fn' key and, while keeping it pressed, press also the F3 key and release them. Check if the touchpad now works. If it does not, try the same operation with 'Fn' plus the F6 keys or 'Fn with the F8 keys.If none of these combinations works for you, maybe you will need to download and re-install the driver for your touchpad, from the Medion web site. go to www.medion.com site, select your country or region and then look for the drivers page for your laptop model. Select the driver for the touchpad offered there, download and install it in your machine.Hope this helps! Regards,Miguel L. Martins

How do I replace original hard disk by SSD on MEDION MT 472 G ?

It's not something that you can ask here. You need to know more about computers than you seem to. To install it you just plug it in where the old one is, but that's the easy part. To make it work you either need to clone your old drive to the new one first, or just install your operating system after. Your best bet is to take it to a computer shop that can do this for you.

Fn keys

On many laptops, there is a key at the bottom of the keyboard, labeled as 'Fn'. It will usually be labeled in a different color than the color printed on the other keys. If you find such a key, look at your Function keys. If they are the same color, then you must press the 'Fn' key and hold it down while you press the Function key (F1 thru F12) that you want to use.

Turn on my wireless wi fi on my lap top saying my lan in os is off

On many laptops, there is an external switch to turn the wi-fi on/off. This is normally found on the front or sides of the laptop case. It can be easy to turn off the wi-fi accidentally if you grab your laptop a certain way that causes you to press the switch. On some laptops, you will find the wi-fi on/off switch by raising the laptop screen to expose the keyboard. The switch may often be found by looking at the area above the keyboard. In almost every case, the wi-fi on/off switch will be lit if the wi-fi is on, and unlit if the wi-fi is turned off.

Where can I find a driver for Medion wireless keyboard SK7225(K)?

On the disk that came with the keyboard. When you don't have a disk you could try it here: MEDION UK Driver But be aware when you have an older keyboard, bought with compatible with Windows XP, not even Median will help you. Since Windows 7 all drivers need certification from Microsoft. They only certify drivers when they meet the specs Microsoft is dictating. So for older devices, there are no drivers, because nobody wants to make drivers for already sold gear. I hope you find what you want with Median, but I'm afraid you won't. Nobody told you, you should buy new accessories after you updated to Windows 7 (or more)
