Excel- Unhide All Sheets
Advanced Hide Options
When we hide worksheets using, still user can right click on tabs and un-hide the worksheets. For example, following example will hide the worksheet and user can un hide the sheets on right click on sheet tabs:
Sub sbHideSheet() Sheets("SheetName").Visible = False 'OR Sheets("SheetName").Visible = xlSheetHidden End Sub
What if you do not want to permit users to un-hide worksheet, you can set the Visible property of worksheet to xlSheetVeryHidden and lock the VBA code. so that user can not un-hide the worksheet. The below example will hide the sheet and user can not see it in un hide worksheet dialog list.
Sub sbVeryHiddenSheet()
Sheets("SheetName").Visible = xlSheetVeryHidden
End Sub
How to Set Up the Environment in Windows Excel 2013 to Write a Macro?
go google and type in -- user manual for excel--- there are some site that cover the whole manual all 900 odd pages and some sites that deal with specific areas
some are pdf versions so you can down load the section that you want rather then the whole publication
another google search is --libra office cal-search--- which is a free excel user manual, and I found to be better than microsoft excel and it uses the same terms and formula and the whole publication is free
again you can read the publication until you come to the chapter on macro and print out the pages that you want free
worth the read if you are a microsoft person
Why has it stopped working?
Apparently in some cases all you need to do is start Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Outlook as Administrator in order to get permissions to do something on the computer. If you're using Windows 7, right-click the application in the Start Menu and click "Run as administrator". See if this works for you.
In Windows 8, open the Home screen, find the application you're trying to open; right-click it and select "Open as administrator" at the bottom.
. If you are still experiencing the issue I can suggest this program Excel Repair Toolbox

Too many different cell formats
I assume you're talking "data" formats? If so, that's so you can put whatever kind of data you want in each column of cells. One column can be numbers, another can be time, etc.
You have to decide how you want it set up. I suggest you figure out what you want the data to look like on paper first...making a mock up. That way you're not starting it in Excel, then doing it over and over and over again.
Easier to experiment with what you want on paper....then do it in Excel.
How to move the result of a formula up or down one cell
go google and type in --manual for excel version (what ever it is ) and down load the pdf file
go to a book shop and buy a Excel for dummies book
or e-bay and excel for dummies or other excel explained books
explaining it as a reply will be as confusing as the reply would be pages long
Excel Corruption files
Without seeing the file, it is difficult to diagnose what is going on, but I will offer some ideas.
What version of Excel are you using? Are you using Excel 2003? Was the file you are trying to open created in Excel 2007 or Excel 2010. If so, it might be using the new format and therefore will not open in Excel 2003 and older.
It is possible the Excel file is data that was imported from a source in which Excel cannot import. Does the Excel spreadsheet contain any imported data?
Try to use: XLSX Viewer Tool here :

Those are the most likely causes of the corrupt data. Is every file you open in Excel corrupt, or just this one workbook? If it is just this one workbook, then, yes, it sounds like it is corrupted. If every file you open with Excel is corrupt, then your version of Excel could be corrupt, but that is unlikely.
How to repair and recover corrupt MS excel file?
Excel file can be repaired manually if it is less corrupted but Open and Repair program doesn't work if highly damaged due to corruptions. I searched for solutions to repair corrupt Excel file and found one solution which is full of information and provides a guaranteed solution. I am sharing this solution with all the users -Excel Repair Toolbox. Follow the exact steps given in this programm and you will be able to access the data.
