So, do you have MS office software somewhere? MS Office is paid software can purchase from computer retails shop or online. You get the software first. We can copy software to USB, external hard disk or use network shared folder and connect to computer and install MS office from there.
If you don't have MS Office software and don't have money to paid for it, you can try to use OpenOffice in www.openoffice.org which is free of charge. This software is exactly same MS office and compatible to use between them two.

You can use the built in search and look for MSWORD.exe
If memory serves me this is the file name of the executable.

Have you tried simply opening another word document from explorer?
If MS Word has not been un-installed the program should start right up.
