Your phone is running Symbian OS, so I'm pretty sure it can! As far as I know, there are full office software packages available for that os, but I've never used Symbian myself. To turn on the phone, ensure the battery is well charged. Lets say, for about 2 hours, then you unplug the charger, then you press and hold the red button in the right or the end call button. Hold it for about 8 seconds, it will turn on. It might even turn on before the 8 seconds is complete. Once the light comes on, release the red button.

Theres something wrong with the settings, try to call a customer service representative with your network provider, they can help you reset the settings so that you can be able to transfer photos in your pc.

Hi, Issues like this are related to the flex of the phone .The flex controls the function of the keys on the pad.

The flex of the phone is located inside the phone, it controls the functions of the screen an also the keypads of the phone.

The flex is a thread like object that is located inside the phone. To see the flex, you will need to disassemble the phone to get to the flex of the phone.

After replacing the phone flex, your done.

Also it might be the keypad IC of the phone. But in other to know if it's the keypad IC, you will need to take it to a repair shop to check that out for you.

You can get a replacement flex from any of the phone repair stores around you also.

The camera is in bad condition, so it needs to be replaced, a better idea is to buy another one and to keep the old SIM, that is your phone # and contacts
