Need to be reset by provider

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries. Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

Marcus- BQ50 is the battery model. Have you tried to get a new BQ50 battery and see if it will work?

Have you ensured that they are not synced to the cloud? Are they saved to the SD Card? Remove the SD Card and insert it in another phone to see if your pictures are there. Mark Motorola Support

Your going to have to hard reset the phone and lose all your data. Hold turn on the phone by holding down the power and volume buttons.

hi.. 50/50 to get them back, you need to read the firmware flex, back it up, then flash the phone whit previous software version, and then right the flex file back as this will restore all your numbers. have seen some cases that just firmware upgrading the unit would still keep the numbers but have seen other time that it did not save them. www.UK-Repair.com

There should be an icon you can touch that will bring up a menu with "Edit." On my Moto G, it's three square dots stacked vertically in the upper right corner of the screen when I'm viewing my own contact info. Once you are in "Edit" mode, you should be able to add your name and other info as you wish.
