Probably you are having some syncing issues, have you tried to turn your phone off and then back on and see if that helps? You can also try to force stop the gallery and then try to open it back, to do that you just need to follow these steps: Open your Application Tray Then go to Settings Once you are there go to Apps>All Apps Search for Gallery Select it Then select the options: clear cache, and force stop Turn your phone off and then back on. If there is no Bluetooth Function in the "Setting' page, then It probable will not work to install anything Bluetoothy.

As far as I know you will probably either have to deal wit Motorla or your cellphone carrier on this issue, You may wind up having to deal with both Motorola and your cellphone carrier.
