Seems that you will have to take it to a proper phone shop. They can try to restore it there, but if not, they may have to send it away. There is nothing you personally can do without your code. Hope that this helps and good luck

There are 3rd party sites like XDA Developers that cater to this sort of thing. Motorola Mobility doesn't recommend usage of 3rd party recovery apps.

There are no need for antivirus softwares for E6, because there are no viruses for it..

dowload new softwares suitable for your motorola mobile. They will be available in zip or tar.gz format.

After downloading from you mobile, there is option to install applications, go there and select the downloaded application and install it

revert back in case of query

Which messaging App are you using as your default SMS app? also, Is the person that is trying to share the image, sending it via MMS? as that is the text message format that allows attaching and sending pictures.
