Try and hard reset it see if that works

Go to settings

Wifi

Click on router name on wifi search

Click forget then the wifi search for your router name

Click on your router name type your password in and see if that works as you might have put your password incorrect the 1st time

hard rest hold down power button and the volume up button till the android man comes up with all the writing then go down to wipe data by using volume down button highlight the wipe data press power button to ok then the wipe data finsh it will come up with writing again go down to reboot/restart highlight reboot and restart press power button ok it then your tablet will restart it

try by hard reset by holding the volume up and power button till the android screen man comes on with writing go down with the volume down button to wipe data highlight wipe data press power button to ok it when it reset it will go back writing go to reboot/restart press power button and the tablet will restart

need turn the tablet off press power button and the volume up button at the same time till the screen comes writing press the down button to go down to the wipe data highlight that then press the power button to ok that go down to yess highlight yes press power button ok it it will reset your tablet then when it rest it will go back to the writing go to reboot press power button ok it then it will restart your tablet

try closing your app open apps by clicking left hand button then should come up with your apps what you been on at bottom it should say close app it draining your battery if that does not work you may need a new battery

To "Hard Reset" the tablet...

1. Make sure that the tablet is actually powered off.

2. Press the "Power" and the "Volume Up" buttons, together, until you see the start-up logo on the screen.

3. Once you can see the logo, release the buttons and allow the device to enter the "System Recovery Mode".

4. Next use "Volume Down" button to get to the "wipe data/factory reset" option When in recovery mode the "Volume Up" and "Volume Down" buttons are how to can navigate and highlight what option you need.

5. Once you have selected the "wipe data/factory reset", press the "Power" button to select that option.

6. On the following screen, repeatedly press the "Volume Down" button until the "Yes - delete all user data" option is what is selected.

7. Then press the "Power" button to hard reset the tablet.

lok at what is running on notebook, look at app to see what is running, turn off games that are not being used, keep in mind most app come on when you turn on the pad. some may need to be uninstalled, if not used. be sure too only uninstall games so you don t uninstall parts of the note pad programs.
