Hai iam using nokia e63 iam update my mobile finish update i can not know the lock code
Usually the default lock code is 1234 but if it was changed by any person. Your phone will first require a flash wherein loads of saved information maybe lost if not backed up prior to this. Nokia has a free application called Nokia Suite where all your storage can be backed up on a pc or laptop. You can then contact a Nokia agent to reset your phone if the lock code is not 1234. good luck

My e7 automatically swithing off
Try a hard reset by entering *#7370# into your phone. The default security code is 12345. Don't forget to make a back up of your data as well so that you can easily move everything back onto the device after the reset. You can make a back up with Nokia Suite
If this doesn't fix it, reinstall the current software with Nokia Suite. This should solve any errors in the phone. Belle will be rolling out soon as well, so if reinstalling Anna doesn't work you can try Belle instead, when it becomes available.
If, after trying all the above, the phone keeps switching itself off, I would definitely recommend bringing it to a local care centre where they can check it out and fix the issue for you. Your phone has a 24 month warranty period so this won't cost you anything.
You can find a local care centre by visiting your local Nokia web page and clicking on the Support tab. To find out the expiry date of your warranty, you can call your local care line. The only thing you need is your IMEI, which you can find by entering *#06# into your phone. The phone number for your local care line can also be found under the Support tab on your local Nokia web page.
My nokia e5 image not deleted in to the gallery pls tell mi solution. error in general system error
It may be that you do not have enough memory left on the card/phone to perform the delete.
OR
You may be just seeing thumbnail images which the phone has stored for faster operation time and the actual image is already deleted..
Try switching it off, removing the battery for a full minute (use the second hand on a watch, cos counting in ones head is often incorrect) and replace the battery again.. Hope this helps!
If not, may have to delete the picture via your PC.
OR
You may have to start the phone up in 'safe mode' (When your phone is switched off , Press the Pencil Button and Power Button Together and wait till your phone start up) and then find & delete the picture, and restart your phone normally to exit 'safe mode'
Inner display backlight works, but it doesnt display anything, could this be the cable sockets problem? Thank you for help.
If you look very closely (check in different lighting conditions), do you see anything on the outer screen at all? You probably won't be able to fix this yourself, but you might be able to determine if something is loose. Press a button on the phone, which would normally make the outer screen light up. Hold the phone firmly in one hand and smack it into your other, outstretched hand at different angles (i.e. smack the right side, left side, top, etc. several times). If the screen comes back on even for a moment, then something is just loose, and the repair shouldn't be costly. If you can see a faint image on the screen in some lighting condition, but smacking the phone doesn't help, then the problem is the backlight and you will probably need a new screen. If you can't see anything on the screen at all, and smacking doesn't help, then the problem is unknown
