Use aflat screwdriver to unseat the tabs that hold the front top cover in place. Thiswill expose the flywheel and pedal arm connection points. Rotate the flywheelby hand and determine whether lubrication will accomplish the repairs. If thebearings are exposed, use a grease gun with an extension nozzle and lubricateboth bearings with lithium grease. If the bearings are damaged or sealed,proceed to the next step.2
Removethe front and side covers on the main frame. Hold the flywheel with one handand use a box wrench to loosen the bolts that secure the pedal arms at eachside of the flywheel. Pull the arms away from the flywheel and remove thebearings from each side.3
Test thebearings as before. Lubricate exposed bearings with lithium grease andreinstall them. Sealed bearings must be replaced. Reattach the pedal arms tothe flywheel. Replace the main frame covers and front top cover to complete therepairs.

You have to turn off the power switch at the front of the treadmill near the power cord.

The servo motor which changes the resistance (under the plastic covers) is winding the cable in the wrong direction. Release tension on the cable by pulling the magnets away from the fly wheel and flip the cable off the the servo motor pulley, this will allow the cable to be pulled in the correct direction.

Try spraying silicone spray under the belt. It worked on mine. You can buy spray cans from a Hardware or Bunnings etc.

Had the same problem ...it seems my list of problems is growing not getting shorter....it's been two weeks and the thing still isn't running yet becasue the calibrate system fails, wifi is connected but no internet , speakers hum, ..this small system runs android but it runs so SLOW......even the latch bar couldn't be installed because the hole underneath was too small for the screw to go thru....

Hello, it’s never a great sign when the machine powers up but the belt doesn’t turn over. best case scenario is it has blown a fuse on the lower control board. With the motor cover off and using a torch you should be able to locate the fuse (about 15mm long) on the lower board, a blown fuse will look broken or blackened. If the fuse looks ok then it’s very possible the damage is coming from the lower board and will need replacing. Quite often this will have a burning smell.
Oh, another idea. Is your safety key in?

It would appear via one video and someone else's post that it is at the front of the machine, directly above the crossbar that contacts the floor.

My treadmill won't stays in the incline position can't get it to come back down

My treadmill has a little steel rod that flips in and holds the bed up' When you want the bed down you pull the rod back out and it lets it come back down.

Sounds like the overlay on the console has stopped working. If you get beeps on all buttons but not the ones in question, this will need replacing. It’s quite an easy job once you have the parts. Try eBay or the shop you got it from.

check to see if there is a smaller board in the unit. There maybe relays between the main board and the motor.

GO to Nordic track website and look under support. It should direct you to what error codes mean.

This is a situation the controller board motor is Faulty. They controlled the console CPU BOARD. with 8-12VdC For CMOS Circuit.,this board has 3 control power supply Some IGTB is faulty: 1) Main motor 2) Elevation motor 3) Console Control HOwever tight the connector coming from controller board motor to the Console very well, and clean it. Not helpful to your question except that I have the same problem. My issue occurred after it was moved up some stairs, possibly misaligning something??? I have the drive hood off and am trying to follow suggestions to reset/calibrate the reed switch--but no change to the problem.
