They will do all the Phoning while you can relax in the shop till they get through to the Correct Section....By going to the Shop you can show any Documentation you have rather than trying to copy and send them Google Telstra, find your Nearest Shop Good Luck

Keep trying. Go to MyGov.... then Link the two. While there also link Medicre and um.... Whatever other departments are shown.
