AG-DVX100BP camcorder- I have blue horizontal

First thing to try is to run a mini-dv cleaning tape through the sytem, which you should be doing on a regular basis as recommended in the instructions of the cleaning tape. If the problem persists you will need to have it professionally cleaned/repaired depending on what ends up being wrong with it.

I have a Panasonic AG-HVX200.

try running a dry head cleaning tape for about 5 to 10 seconds. if it improves, but still has problems, run it again for another 5 to 10 seconds. There is a possibility that your heads were dirty when you recorded and therefore the footage did not record correctly. Hopefully, that is not the issue and the head cleaning tape will help.....Sony has the best one that we have found and we use it on all different brands of camcorders. I´ve got a panasonic dvx100

This repair should be done by an experienced technician. Most likely a connection issue between the lens and the PCB. This usually requires that we disassemble the camcorder, repair connections, and apply a special antioxidant grease to the connectors. www.austintelstarservices.com

I have my DVX100B hooked up to my computer through

People are always blowing out their firewire port by making a hot
hookup. Don't confuse firewire with USB, which is safe. In the users manual you will see warnings about making sure the equipment is powered off before hooking up the firewire cable.
Try hooking it up to another computer and try using a simple program like Windows Movie Maker or something, if it still doesn't
regognize it, get your camera into an authorized service facility.

My dvx100b got wet

If your camera gets wet, best bet is to take it to an Authorized service centre right away. They can open it up and clean up the boards.

If you are talking about salt water, get there ASAP. Salt is the worst as it corrodes into the boards. Once the corrosion sets in, and depending on where it sets, you are going to get an unreliable and possibly expensive to repair camera.
