How can I transfer images from Panasonic lumix dmc-tz8 to air iPad?

You could be able to do that using the Lumix USB cable supplied with the camera and an OTG adapter on the iPad. Alternatively, if you use a micro SD card in adapter in the camera, you could load that into the external slot of your iPad.

Cry. Check with Panny to see if there is any sort of reset that you can perform to the camera to restore operation. If nothing , then your camera has died prematurely. Not a good thing but it happens.

The optical zoom has stopped

The issue lies with the lens assembly electronics and/or motor. If possible try another lens. If that one works it is the lens. If it doesn't, it might be the switch control for the zoom action.

See if the electronics can be reset so you have access to a menu for languages. If it cannot be reset or there is no menu for language then you are SOL.

I want to purchase Tele converter ,atleast 2x. i am in to Birding

Googling the item gives this info : 'all the zoom range you could ever need (27-486mm, 35mm equivalent). However, if that's still not enough there is also an optional 1.7x tele converter available'. However, if you are 'really into birding', a DSLR with interchangeable lenses would serve you far better, as the optics are of a far higher quality, with a greater resolving power.

Camera was dropped and now pictures take but are completely black

As has been explained many times, dropping a camera damages it. Damaged cameras do not work. They are what is technically known as 'broken'. You will have to get it repaired.

Panasonic DMC-ZS6 when in camera mode lens comes out and I get the message "Please turn camera off and then on again" when I turn off the lens just stays out.

There is an issue with the camera focus circuit in lens. That is why it is ok when you go into playback mode but negative when the lens is involved.

Your electronics appear to have a poltergeist. Check with manual or mfg if there is a reset of unit to factory defaults. If this or a hard reset will not cure the issue then it is time to go shopping since repair is not cost effective unless this was a very, very expensive camera initially.
