if u want to clear all the settings then u have flash memory in service mode.or simply go to general settings ,enter operator code 000 and change whatever u like

Make sure your computer is connected properly and that the resolution is supported by the projector. If the resolution is different it may not match. What operating system are you using?(windows 10? iOS?) How are you connecting? What do you see when it projects? Blue screen?

Check the wiring route is correct or it can cause damage to your TV. Also check the new lamp installation as well to ensure no foreign object is in contact with it.

To change the Date/Time, do the following:

1. Press Function key
2. Press 7
3. Press 1
4. Press COPY/set
5. Enter date (2digits)
6. Enter month (2 digits)
7. Enter year (4 digits)
8. Enter time (4 digits military time)
9. Any mistakes can be corrected using the < > arrow keys to place cursor over the character to change.
10. Press COPY/set
11. Press STOP

This indicates that you are trying to print a document that is letter size not standard A4 etc.
