the problem is in fuser unit. the thermistor maybe dirty or damage. careful to touch the fuser unit for it is really hot.

It means the fuser section (the Hot Part) has g,one bad to clear the code you will need to get into the tech mode. you need too take the back off and clean all !! the rollers i use white vinegar acetic acid you can also buy rubber roller rejuvenator liquid its quite expensive and tbh isnt much better than vinegar sounds like the stacker has an issue carefully check around the whole unit for any bits of paper thats got jammed and is slowing down rollers etc etc
