Hi, I have a panasonic viera plasma th-42px80u that gives me an error code of 2 blinks. If you could help me I would appreciate it and where I could check.

2 blinks is a missing 15 volt supply, this can be from an issue on the D (main) board or the P (power) board. Unhook the connector going from the power to main, if you see the 15 volt rail replace the D board, if no voltage replace the P board. From what we have found in the past it's generally been the P board that's faulty but a simple voltage test will confirm what board you need to replace, another issue may be getting parts for a 15 year old TV.

How do I remove the TV stand from a Panasonic 50Px80U?

Do you mean the original pedestal base for the Panasonic TH-50PX50U? The base has two vertical posts that fit into recessed areas in the TV. Then four screws (two per post) secure the TV and base together. To remove the base, place the TV screen down on a solid surface that is covered by a clean soft cloth. Remove the black M5x25 screws and slide the base away from the TV. To store the pedestal more easily, remove the 4 silver M5x18 screws that secure the posts to the base. A Philips head screwdriver is needed. Save all of these parts in case you need to put the pedestal base back on the TV. See page 7 of the Quick Start instructions here: https://pdf.crutchfieldonline.com/ImageBank/v20090127124100/Manuals/133/13350PX80.PDF . I hope this helps. Cindy Wells

Set 1

Had this same problem and found the solution elsewhere on the net. Hold down the "1" button and the "Enter" button for aprox 10 seconds while pointing at the player. This "resets" the remote. I was skeptical when I first read this solution but it worked for me!

Large yellow spots floating across TV screen

Adjusting the Color Temperature

Color temperature refers to how red (warm) or blue (cool) the color palette is. This control helps you to adjust the color settings on your TV. You can change the color settings by following these steps:

- Using the TV remote, select settings and look for a menu item labelled video or picture.
- Select Color Temperature. A slider should appear that allows you to slide between cool and warm colors. The colors might also be labelled red or blue.
- Slide the settings away from red/warm and towards blue/cool using the remote control. You can leave the slider at the point where the color is most pleasing to you.

Panasonic SC-PM11 will not turn off

The power button could either be jammed or stuck on the TV or on the remote. Or the batteries are low in the TV's remote. Try unplugging your TV for a about 1 minute to see if that fixes the problem.

It is 15 years old and is old technology. It is really time for a new one, but if you want to try and clean the inside, sure, open it up and look. Panasonic AV Control Receiver SA-HT05 - which code for universal remote? I have DENON RC-1005, Savio RC-02, LCD Touchscreen Universal Remote

To program a universal remote control for your Panasonic AV Control Receiver SA-HT05, you will need to know the remote control code. There are a few ways to find this code. First, you can check the manual that came with your universal remote control. Look for a list of codes for different devices, including the Panasonic AV Control Receiver SA-HT05. Find the code that corresponds to your receiver model. If you can't find the code in the manual, you can search online for a list of remote control codes for the Panasonic AV Control Receiver SA-HT05. There are many websites that offer this information for different models of devices. If neither of these options works, you can try entering different codes from the list provided by your universal remote control manufacturer. Follow the instructions provided in the manual for how to enter the code, and try different codes until you find one that works. It's important to note that not all universal remote controls are compatible with all devices. If you're unable to find a code that works with your Panasonic AV Control Receiver SA-HT05, you may need to purchase a remote control that is specifically designed for that receiver model.

We have a Freesat Panasonic Blu Ray recorder DMR-BS750 Which will not record BBC1 since it went HD. We can record BBC2 HD and most other channels.

It's possible that your Freesat Panasonic Blu Ray recorder DMR-BS750 may not be compatible with the specific HD format used by BBC1. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check that your Freesat Panasonic Blu Ray recorder is updated with the latest firmware. An outdated firmware can cause issues with recording.

Check if the recording schedule is set up correctly for BBC1 HD. Make sure that the start and end times are accurate and that the program is not set to record in series.

Try resetting your Freesat Panasonic Blu Ray recorder to its factory settings. This will clear any possible software errors and may help to resolve the issue.

If none of these steps work, you may need to contact Panasonic customer support for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or recommend a firmware update or other solution.

It's also worth noting that some broadcasters may use proprietary or non-standard HD formats that are not compatible with all devices. If this is the case with BBC1 HD, it's possible that your Freesat Panasonic Blu Ray recorder may not be able to record this channel.
