You can't directly plug in the Aux cable. The mini-plug for the AVH-285 is on the back of the receiver but it handles both audio and video from a composite source. (Note: this position means that it isn't easily reached when from the passenger compartment.) You do need the CD-RM10 composite A/V to mini-plug adapter. The mini-plug port is between the video output and the rear/subwoofer outputs on the receiver. See page 35 of the manual for the picture. If your Aux input device has a 3.5 mm audio out (headphone jack), you'll also need a 3.5 mm (F) to RCA (M/M) adapter. Push and hold the phone button until you get a display, now using the big round button in the middle turn to your right until you get to the Bluetooth set up it will say program or delete and you delete the the paired device, and that takes it back to the factory reset.

Yellow wire (constant or memory) needs hooked up to a constant hot wire.

1) Hold the source button until the radio shuts off.
2) Hold clock button until clock is displayed.
3) Use < and > buttons to move from hours to min.
4) Use volume up and down to adjust time.
5) Press band button when finished.
6) Press source button to turn radio on.
