Polaris sportsman 90 won't start after sitting
If the engine is flooded or has no compression it will not fire on starter fluid.
You can check compression by removing the spark plug and pressing your thumb or finger over the hole. When you crank the engine, compression should forcefully push your finger off the hole with a pffft sound.
Lose half power
Something to do with your tuneup. Check the spark plugs and the timing.

Low pump flow and no drive to cleaner
could be a couple of things...., seals in the pump or the pump itself. The system has a leak, the system needs to be primed. filter is too clogged with D>E powder. Try backwashing , cleaning filter then stick a running hose into the top of the pump so the line is full, then when it stops gurgling pull yhe hose out close the lid as fast as possible and turn it on.
Polaris 360 hose splitting
THere must be a problem with the quality of the plastic on the hose! Try to get some satisfaction from the dealer who sold it to you. If not, post a complaint with the manufacturer!
Why did spark plug blow out
If the plug blew out of the hole, the threads are probably stripped out(this is why there is a torque specification for the plug,VERY important when you have an aluminum head!).The quickest fix is to get a threaded insert repair kit from an auto parts store(like a HeliCoil brand). The kit will have a drill bit, tap, and repair insert. It's either this,or replace the head(the Polaris repair tech will probably not give you the option of repairing the head unless it's no longer available, either way it'll be big$$ unless you can do it!). "YOU CAN DOIT"..............Rob Schneider in "The Waterboy"
Which side of gasket up
there should be a piece of paper in the package that tells you if not call the parts store where you purchased it and they can tell you
Front Axle Removal
We generally start at the wheel and steering assembly, of course remove the tire/rims assembly, remove the outter tie rod end from the steering spindle, remove the ball joint nuts, possibly brake caliper/ or cables, seperate the components from the spindle assy., remove the center hub nut securing the axle to the spindle assy. and then remove the hub/steering spindle from the outer cvjoint splined shaft, the axle assy. is then connected usually by an expansion ring inside the differential and by applying enough pressure pull the inner cvjoint shaft out of the differential sometimes the use of a prybar will aid in this.
