All my lights are good but my chsir will not move

I fixed this problem; I pulled the wheel and removed the axle nut and sprayed penetrating lube around the axle and put it back together- problem fixed... I also took the rim apart and sprayed rust preventive on the inside of both wheel halves because water can get in there from washing the dog stuff off the wheels (yeah you know). I wanted to pull the hub and have a look but it must take a puller because tapping on it with a brass hammer did nothing. So make sure the axle nut is tight...Jazzy 1450 but should be the same on others...

I'd be thinking that it's suggesting there are mechanical issues that need to be attended to.

hi, that noise can be caused by the seat mount moving slightly within the seat holder, because it 's a tight fitting when it does move slightly , you get the noise...only needs mm amounts of movement, Careful spraying WD40 in the gaps will solve this but take CARE making no electronics or electrics are near...disconnecting one battery will be ideal.. a visual inspection of all of the bolts and nuts should prove peace of mind... WARNING: You need to tip over the power-chair to carry out the instructions set out below so extreme care is required. This noise can also be caused by the motor gearbox ,, carefully place your hand on the gearbox as someone powers the chair , can you feel a grinding sensation ? , bear in mind you will get some feeling there of a dragging. I brought the TSS300 home put the seat back on the drive portion, reconnected it and nothing works, lights don't come on key button don't work and won't charge, everything is just dead. Checked Battery voltage and it is good. What can I do ?

The overlay on the joystick is damaged and needs replacing. The button is broken and is making contact turning the chair back on. The overlay is an easy repair peel up the old one clean off the old adhesive with some alcohol and Qtips, then peel off the backing and stick it on. Easy peasy. The small click noise is the parking brake releasing to allow you to drive. the flashing is called a flash code that will give you an idea of what is wrong. count the amount of lights flashing this would indicate the problem. Water got in the controller and shorted out a lot of components. It will have to be replaced or repaired. It's expensive either route you choose.
