Question edited for clarity. Question moved to maker category from Misc. Full 'make model (what it is)' in all questions please. You can try it, but it isn't going to be easy until you are a good electronics expert.

This is for a Pride lift chair with up and down remote circuit. What is the color code for remote 4 wire on one side of 5 pin plug and the other side of the plug for the 6 wire to the board?

They make a few models of Lift Chair. Your Google Search Query would be Pride (model) wiring diagram You need dealer service for them though.

Jazzy 300. Tight drive wheel. Clicking naise

It's possible that the clicking noise is being caused by a loose or worn-out component within the left drive wheel of the Jazzy 300 power wheelchair. The tightness of the wheel could also be contributing to the problem. To diagnose the issue, you may need to inspect the left drive wheel and its components, including the motor, axle, bearings, and any other parts that may be causing the clicking noise. Tightening any loose components or replacing any worn-out parts may help to alleviate the issue. It's always a good idea to consult with a professional technician or the manufacturer of the Jazzy 300 power wheelchair for specific troubleshooting advice and repair recommendations.

The battery is fully charged, all the relevant lights are on but the battery sign that doesn't usually come on is now showing a blue light. What does this mean?

Are you positively sure that the batteries are good????? Bad batteries can give a high voltage indication but yet have no current which is what powers the device. Batteries do wear out and this includes rechargables.

Pride victory 10 clicks while going foward

If the click is coming from one side of the rear of the scooter, I would think you have a dry axle. If this is the case, you will hear a regular clicking noise, just as if there is a stone in the tyre. All you have to do is remove the wheel, apply some grease to the axle and re-fit the wheel again. When removing the wheel, be careful not to loose the hub key (usually a small strip of square metal that fits in a groove in the axle and wheel). This clicking noise is a very common problem with Pride scooters and one we regularly deal with, even on brand new scooters. If this doesnt cure your problem there are a number of other things it could be, but i would need more specific details to try and help you. Hopefully its just the axle! Hope I have been of some help to you.

I have a go go elite traveller plus , the battery

The manual for this scooter is at http://www.discovermymobility.com/store/scooters/summit-scooters/elite-portable-scooter/manual.pdfThe closest info I can find is page 14. MOVING AND TRANSPORTING YOUR Easy Travel Elite6.1. Moving Your Easy Travel Elite in Freewheel Mode when unfolded:The Freewheel switch (Fig. 1/17) is used for releasing the brake and moving the Easy Travel Elite without operating the motor. Before activating, make sure your Easy Travel Elite is switched on. Turn Freewheel switch to the "freewheel" position and push or pull the Easy Travel Elite manually.NOTE: The Freewheel mode can only be activated after the battery is in place and the power switch (Fig.9/1) is turned on. Doing otherwise will cause a fault situation indicated by rapid flashing of the Indicator light (Fig. 9/4). See section 4.2.WARNING: The Freewheel switch should never be engaged on a slope.CAUTION: The seat back must remain in the upright position.They seem to assume removal is obvious, I would check any connections from battery to scooter are pulled out and that freewheel mode is not engaged.

MY CHAIR IS IN THE RECLINING POSITION AND IT

The best thing to do in this situation is to call the vendor and have them repair it under warranty. There should be no charge for this service since the chair is brand new.
There are some checks you can make to avoid a service call. You have checked the batteries and hopefully the chair is plugged into the wall outlet. It is possible that something got disconnected under the chair. To check this you need to flip the chair over on its side or on its back since the leg rest scissor mechanism is extended. Look for any plugs that have come apart at their connections. Check for a pinched or binding scissor mechanism or tilt frame parts.
You should not attempt this at all if you cannot safely move a large piece of furniture. Perhaps a friend or relative may be able to help.
Insist that the vendor honor their warranty commitment ASAP. If you paid with a credit card, you should contact your credit card company to put the amount in dispute if the vendor is unresponsive. Hope this helps.

And you can troubleshoot with the below instructions if it with also help

things you'll need:

* Pride chair Owner's Manual
* Screwdriver
* Wrench
* Pliers

Instructions

Look at the chair's electrical plug, as the chair most likely became unplugged or the plug is not fully connected to the outlet. If this is the case, securely reconnect the plug.

Check the chair's connections. The electrical connections under the chair could be loose or connection cables could be pinched or bent. Tighten loose electrical connections with a small screwdriver and straighten bent or pinched cables.

Check the chair's transformer, motor and relay box under the chair as a malfunction in any of these could cause the chair to stop working completely. The hand control used by the operator to change the chair's position may also be malfunctioning.

Test the chair's wood frame, bolts and lift frame. Loose wood frames or bolts, overly tight bolts or the lift frame rubbing against the wood frame will all cause the chair to squeal.

Lay the chair on its side and check the wood frame and t-bracket. If the wood frame is rubbing against the lift frame or the t-bracket is cracking, you could hear popping noise. The t-bracket is the metal frame on the underside of the lift chair.

Check the dual motor timing if the chair will not recline all the way. The motors' timing could be off which would stop the chair from completely reclining. Put the chair on its side and remove the motor and plug it in. Use the hand control to turn the motor on and let it run until it stops on its own. Screw the push tube, located to the right of the drive tube where you just removed the motor, until you feel it bottoming out. Turn the push tube back two turns and grab the push tube. Turn the unit on with the hand control and allow the push tube to move away from the metal casing. Push the pin at the back of the push tube and reinstall the motor. This should re-time the motor.

Look at the wood frame, seat foam, leveling legs, motors and bolts if the chair is crooked. The wood frame could be twisted, the seat foam may be broken or misshapen, the leveling leg may need adjustment, the motor could be timed incorrectly or the bolts could be loose. If all looks in order, make sure the ground under the chair is level.

Unplug the chair before you begin fixing the chair.

Restore power to an inoperable lift chair. Ensure the circuit breaker box is connected to the electrical outlet. Make sure the external transformer is plugged directly into an electrical outlet.

Fix a Pride lift chair that only operates in one direction. Use a cotton swab to remove dust and debris from the toggle switch on the hand control. Flip the toggle switch back and forth to loosen any remaining debris which may be causing an obstruction.

Fix inoperable heat and massage features. Check the LED lights on the hand controls; the LED display is not lit, hand-tighten the connection between the hand control and the lift chair. Make sure the the heat and massage units are properly connected to the back of the lift chair.

Pride Jazzy Select batteries not charging

If you use an automotive charger you have to charge each battery individually as they should be 12vdc hooked in series.

Clean contacts and assure yourself that each lead is charging properly. Jazzy has many different models so it impossible to know which you have. But there should be some info on the charger to tell you if your output is 24v or 2-12volt DC leads.

Jazzy has a web site and there is a member section where you can ask questions.

Pride Lift Chair

Yes, jump, short, somehow bypass the switch and see if the chair moves. In 4 of 5 cases, I have had to replace the switch. Its the only part I carry with for "spares". Its an easy fix, and a lot cheaper than replacingt the whole hand control.
