Not sure what you are trying to solve. Do you have a problem with the tablet, or does the tablet state that the "Exchange Server has stopped working"? If it is a tablet problem, then please provide as much detail about the problem you are having. If it is an Exchange Server problem, this is on the other end of your connection (i.e. wi-fi connection), and is a problem with the provider equipment or software. You would need to contact the provider and tell them the problem you are having. This is about all we can do for you at this time.

you have to go into setting and set to manufactures settings. look for pin hole that states reset now if you have a password already and you setup the password already that trying to bypass the password setting you will need the password in order to get to those setting i think. you could go to website for the manufactures look up lost pass word bypass, or FAQ section, or if technical support can help you if you done all this already .

You have to reset it to factory default just follow those steps: 1. shutdown the tablette 2. hold volume up button and press the power button 3. when manufacturer logo come realise the power button but keep hloding the volume button to get into recovery mode 4. in recovery mode use volume up/down button to navigate and the power button to select 5. choose WIPE DATA / FACTORY RESET than select YES .... wait a moment then select WIPE CACHE PARTITION 6. finale step select REBOOT keep in your mind the all data in the phone will be erased (apps & games) ALL DONE!!!!

If you tell your tablet to connect to your router (click on your router) It should then ask ask for the pass phrase or password you will find this on your route usually on a sticker on the bottom enter this and it should connect you

Try a reset with an opened paper clip in the reset hole. It might work but you will lose saved data. Otherwise check out warranty.
