Quinnybuzz carrycot adapters stuck

Hi GillianWhen the Dreami is removed from the chassis, if the adaptors come off with it then this will make it difficult to remove them from the Dreami. When removing the adaptors should remain in the chassis. It might be helpful to have someone help you if they seem to be a bit sticky. The Dreami can then be removed from the chassis leaving the adaptors in the chassis - the adaptors can then be removed from the chassis separately. Clean with a bit of furniture polish and a soft cloth to aid future use.

Quinny buzz 3

HiYes the 2013 style sub seat can be fitted to a 2005 chassis. Where the sub seat connects into the chassis there will be a plastic clip on either side of the 2013 sub seat that will need to be removed in order for the sub seat to then fit into a 2005 chassis.

Folding Quinny speedi Sx Stroller

In the middle of the underneath of the pushing handle, below where the hand brake lever is there should be a button. If there is, this is what you do.
1) put the foot brake on so the rear wheels wont turn.
2) unclip the clips on the frame that allow you to adjust the height of the pushing handle, they open up, and leave them open, like this the handle you push the buggy with should slide up and down.
3) pull this handle out to its tallest position
4) Hold the handle and press the button mentioned at the start in and hold it in
5) Then quite quickly push the handle down as though you were either pushing it to lower its pushing height, or shoving it away in a temper. It needs to be a firm and quick movement.

Ta da!! After a couple of tries it should click and fold up.

I hope this helps.

Hi LisaIt may be that a good clean will resolve the situation. Use furniture polish or dry Teflon spray (found in the laundry aisle of larger supermarkets) and a soft cloth to clean thoroughly. Pay special attention to the central tube where the mechanism slides up and down for fold / unfold as any dirt there will cause friction and make fold / unfold difficult. If this does not help please visit www.quinny.com and select the country you're in, then choose the "Contact Us" tab on the right side of the page for your enquiry to be sent through to the customer care team who can best assist.
