The release botton on the handle broke can it be fix?

HiIt depends on the age of the Quinny Buzz you have. On the underside of the chassis U bar you will find a manufacturing sticker which shows date of manufacture. Once you have this please visit www.quinny.com and select the country you're in, then choose the "Contact Us" tab and send your enquiry, including manufacturing details, through to the customer care team relevant to your country who will be able to advise on whether it can be repaired / how much that would be.

I need to how to keep the hood up on the carrycot for the quinny buzz 4

HiThe sun canopy on the Quinny Dreami is unlocked by grey buttons on either side at the hinge point (where the sun canopy joins the body of the Dreami) both buttons should be pressed and the sun canopy raised or lowered - both buttons then released locks it into position. If it has been forced the mechanism will be broken and the lock will not function, resulting in the sun canopy not staying in place. The Dreami will require inspection / repair by Quinny engineers. Please visit www.quinny.com and select the country you're in, then choose the "Contact Us" tab on the right side of the screen to be put in touch with the customer care department for your country.

Hi when putting my Quinny down I need to push it and then when putting back up I need to pull it up it doesn't come up on its own could you help me x

HiThe first recommendation is that the chassis is given a good clean. A build up of dirt and debris on the chassis would cause friction as the product is trying to fold / unfold and this can cause problems. It is easiest to do with another person to help you. Remove the seat unit and use furniture polish or a dry Teflon spray (found in the laundry aisle of larger supermarkets) and a soft cloth. While one person slowly folds / unfolds the chassis the other person should ensure the chassis is thoroughly cleaned, paying close attention to the central tube where the mechanism slides up and down.If this does not help it would need to be sent to the engineers for inspection and repair work.If you're in the UK and the product is under 2 years old, please contact your retailer with your proof of purchase and they can arrange for it to be sent to our engineers for inspection / repair work required under warranty. If you're in the UK and the product is over 2 years old or you no longer have proof of purchase please contact the customer care team on 01284 413 141 Mon-Thur 8.30-6.30 / Fri 8.30-4.30 (Excluding Bank Holidays) to discuss booking it in for chargeable inspection / repair work required. I have a quinny buzz 2005 model have the adapters changed or will the newborn pushchair seat fit this model

HiThe 2005 / 2006 model chassis can be used with an existing style seat unit - you will need a replacement sub seat as well as the fabric to go on it for the child to sit on. The existing fabric is not suitable to fit onto the sub seat (seat frame) that you have with this model.Visit www.quinny.com and select your country, then choose "Contact Us" for your enquiry to be sent to the customer care team for your country who can advise on where to buy and costs.
