Off course your camer is NOT in use by any other app. It has some software conflict. Turn your tablet off, completely. If still you get the warning after restarting, reset your tablet

Replace it. I'm sorry but you can't get a screen repaired. The liquid crystals inside have either been cracked, crushed, or destroyed on the cracked area. :<

You will unlikely be able to get into this part of the device. You may have to reset your device to have full access. Here's how.

go to apps look for a program called clean master 14.15 mb this allow you to transfer about all software to a flash driver or micro sd card, you need software the allows you to transfer phone programs running on the phone to run on the sd card.

Search for the downloads folder using your "Files" app or download ES File Explorer to enter the folders within the tablet; search for the downloads folder within. Long press each file you want to delete and press the trash bin button.

There are two ways:

• From computer. Use micro USB cable,connect it to tablet. Computer will detect the tablet as storage device. Open explorer. Copy your files from computer to tablet in the folder where you want to store/save.

• Use micro SD card. Insert microSD card to computer/laptop. Copy your files to microSD card. Remove microSD card. Insert it on your tablet. Access the files. To access files on microSD card, you can see on this video :

If it's still on warranty, return it to the shop where you bought it for service. Maybe it's just the battery? Get it checked but if not on warranty, I'm afraid that to repair it might cost you more then it's value. You can buy this tablet for about 50$ so you should ask how much might cost to repair it.
