I have the same problem and traced it to the display overlay, but having problem finding a replacement source. i used. Hair dryer on console overlay and it starts to work for that one time. I know it is heat related as when conservatory gets warm, it works, but when it is cold..it takes the use of the hair dryer...try it.

Try lubricating the belt. My treadmill requires lubricant every now and then. Its not your treadmill but a treadmill is a treadmill. That's what stops the belt from slowing down due to friction. From reading others that have fixed this, it is simple NiMH rechargeables at 1.2v, not lithium. As long as you have a matched set of batteries, the MAh won't matter. Usually the higher the better, it will take longer to charge and discharge and they will last longer (years). I suggest around 1800MAh or better, they don't cost that much more than 1200MAh. People have wired in battery holders in place of the battery pack, to make it easier to replace next time. Be sure and recycle your old batteries.

Hi there, ...if the wire you are talking about is Green, with a fast-on connector on one end and a round grounding ring on the other, you would be looking for a small "tab" or spade connector marked GND on a control board near an edge of the board, and the round ring is usually screwed to the frame where there is exposed metal. Don't be too alarmed tho, many times I have seen these ground wires attached to a plastic housing, which of course does nothing. Grounding wires are meant to hold exposed metals at earth ground potential. ;o)

There is no reset button, the only thing you can do is unplug it for 10-20 minutes, if it is going to reset it will, if not you have a hard fault that must be addressed by a qualified repair person.

You may have too much on at once. You should contact an electrician to evaluate the electrical current going to the breaker from that circuit.

not for sure but i would look for an access panel and look to see it the drive belt has come off the pulley or if the drive motor has come unplugged.

Hi Adrian, All a treadmill is... is a motor, running belt and console display pad. You'll find the console display pad has malfunctioned.... This can happen when something heavy is placed on it OR something hits it and if yours is under warranty then get it fix as soon as possible mate, I had a problem with my console display pad and it cost me $100 just for the pad....... My treadmill is a different brand but I can tell you the motor and running belt will last and last and last.....I hope this helps.........CHEERS..
