Something needs to be fixed on it. I am more familiar with Resmed products, and the power bricks fail and eventually the motor does too. They have enough smarts in some systems to tell you when things need serviced and replaced.

I found an owner's guide for the Inspiration Elite here: http://justnebulizers.com/inspiration-elite.html . Look under the Additional Information tab. The direct link to the manual is http://justhomemedical.com/skin/frontend/v4/default/images/pdf/Inspiration%20Elite%20(J-REHS456).pdf . Under the Specifications tab, the model is listed as the HS456. If this is on a CPAP machine, I would not attempt to adjust this myself! The dealer where you got this from would be able to adjust this if it is needed.

if have pressure gauge u can check that if your using a manual machine the pressure will be constant as the set pressure is 12.5 and there will be ramp which will start with lower pressure and reach to 12.5 as per the set timings and if you are using a automatic mcahine no need to worry.
