Diagram is NOT likely to help much. Look for bad soldering at the input and output jacks AND by the power input jacks. Also look for cracked circuit board and or lifted circuit etch. Lastly, the pots and the soldering around them may be part of the problem. Most of the mentioned things are 95% of the problem.

I would expect there is bad soldering or a circuit board crack. Inspect the soldering aound the leads, especially pots and heavy components. Finding all the retaining screws can be frustrating. Expect the screws for the handle to also attach to the amp chasis. They are often hiodden under plastic caps.

Have the electrolytic capacitors replaced.That may cure it.

Most likely the device has been incorrectly powered. The most easy way to check this is the following:- unscrew the 4 screws on the RC-3 bottom - slide the board out from the connectors holes- gently detach all the connectors and wires coming to the board- locate the schottky diode (SS14) close to the power input connector- check if the diode is short- replace the diode if it is- if this does not solve the problem probably also the capacitors in the power section are shorted.Message me for further info

What is PT? You will probably have to reinstal the programme is windows based or use a full backup from when it worked OK.

I know nothing about music, and I don't play piano, but I have played with these when they first came out. I was manager of a public hall and a shop brought a load of them for demonstration. There are no batteries! Only AC power.

I think the jack cable is not good try to buy a new one and see if it makes the same noise

there are spraycans of cleaner that u can buy to cure it. sounds like dirty pots like maybe your volume pot on your amp or the pots on the instruments your playing. get the cleaner ,spray in the pots and move them back and forth and thats it. my marshall amp was doing the same and that was my cure. i dont remember the name of it but phone long and mcquade or another store and ask. hope that helps ya.

I have no idea. It is possible to download the user manual but it does not even include the word "fuse" in the entire document. US customer support for operations of these Japanese products is as follows: For operational assistance, you can contact Product Support department at (323) 890-3740. Product Support is open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Pacific Time. Phone support is provided for select Roland and BOSS products purchased in the U.S. only. But I do note this specifies operational support. The Roland site does offer a user manual but not a service manual.

Do you mean the Roland E-09 or another Roland product? You need a MIDI to USB In/Out converter. Make sure that the converter is supported by the manufacturer with your OS version. One example is https://www.amazon.com/Converter-LiDiVi-Professional-Keyboard-Adapter/dp/B071KLC884 . This is a USB 2.0 device that works with Windows XP through Windows 10 and Mac OS X. You may need to be connected to the internet and allow your computer to obtain drivers for other devices. Connect the cable appropriately. Turn on the Roland device and make sure that your OS sees the USB device before launching your software. Note: Audacity can only import a MIDI file as a Note Track, https://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/Midi . You'll need additional software to capture the MIDI from the device. Some options are listed at the bottom of the Wiki page above. You may need to try several options to find a program that you like. Rubber cement is an excellent for minor speaker cone damage but if you feel that a replacement is required, try MCM Electronics online. They carry lots-o-speaker replacements. Be sure to match wattage and impedance (ohms) of the speaker though as these are important spec's.
