The plug is getting hot on my ronco rotisserie is it a concern?

It really depends on how hot and of course your definition of hot - some warming of the power plug of a high current appliance is fairly natural, this is because a number of compromises tend to be made with both the power supply and the appliance in the matter of cable size and the type and quality of connector. If the warming is localised to the plug rather than the plug and cable, it indicates a poor connection. If the plug achieves the temperature of a reasonably warm bath the cause should be investigated. Dragging lots of current through anything but a near-perfect connection invariably causes heating.
