make sure you install this driver and reboot BEFORE you connect the phone to your computer

Next download BitPim at www.bitpim.org. it should find your phone right away.select view filesystem from the view menu. You will then select the directory mm then open pg then default album will have the photos. right click on the .jpg file you want to save to your hard disk or if you right click on the directory (default album) you can select backup which will create a zip file of all the pictures and copy it to your computer. This soulution works on windows XP. Hope this helps

I got this message to on my samsung phone but after cleaning the ports with that air in a can stuff the phone charges and i never got that message again

it would be better to just buy an external charger for your phone and will only run around 20 dollars or less..this one was only listed for 15 off of an online auction site

Harry, Do you want the serial number of your phone or the IMEI number? The former is usually found on the box that the phone came in or underneath the battery. The latter can be found by searching online "imie number". The rest is up to you.

They're already on SD card. Or did you mean on external SD? Then go to Contacts Settings and use option "Import/Export"

The phones firmware on the phones need to be reflash so take them to a service center.......and have that done.

That sounds like a virus...do you have an antivirus or internet security on your phone? If the factory reset worked, then its probably one of the apps that you have on the phone which has a virus programmed into it. when you factory reset it did you reinstall apps? my advice? factory reset it again and the very first thing you put on the phone is a free anti virus like AVG.

while on a call, dial number and then again dial no which you want go for conference. 1st dial no is on hold position and 2nd dial no is on activate mode. then press 3 button(numerical no) and press dial button in order to use the conference call.
