It sounds like you have a monitor with a common problem, we have repaired many Samsung monitors with this problem. After a few years some LCD monitors will blow a power supply. The problem is caused by parts called capacitors overheating in the confined space of the monitor. If you are good at electronics repair/soldering you can usually fix the problem. Check out a few pictures on my web site www.ccl-la.com/badcaps.htm You can take the back cover off your monitor and look for the bad parts,replace any that look like the pictures and your monitor should work fine. The capacitors do need to be installed with the correct + and - connections, note the stripe on the old one and insert the new one the same way. First please realize that a Chromebook is not the same as a Windows laptop/desktop and your microscope will most likely never work on the Chromebook. This is because we are talking about two different operating systems, with the Chromebook having a very slim Google operating system, called Chrome OS, designed for mainly web browsing and using web based tools such as Google Drive. You can try to find a driver for the microscope that you can download from the web straight onto the Chromebook. BUT remember, the driver HAS to be for the Chromebook. A Windows driver will not work! Hi, please detach all non-essential devices from the computer and attempt to load it again. If the boot doesn't go past the logo again, you can use a combination of windows and f8 or press ctrl , alt and delete simultaneously to try and get into safe mode from startup on your screen. Once in safe mode, you might want to perform a system restore to a date prior to when this issue started. Thank you.

Hi, Please perform a factory reset on the your samsung tv and double check that all of the accessories have been removed. You'll also want to make sure that your remote isn't causing the issue by stashing it in a drawer pointing away from the tv. Thank you.

The image recovery file is an image of your HDD. If you don't have it anymore because you formatted or replaced your HDD without cloning the old one, you will need to re install your OS from a bootable DVD or USB drive. Then you can restore your data from your backup files.
