In theory you would need a Android emulator program to trick Google play store into thinking your p.c is an android device . That's going to be a software error. Basically just letting you know that it has no idea how to play the file. Might need to upgrade to the latest Media Playerif you're trying to actually play a movie, or just disable autoplay to get rid of the message entirely

For both Samsung A737 and Blackjack is no free solution.
There are paid solution.

You can unlock them by IMEI (no cable +/- 48 hours waiting at least and then hope they have your unlock code)

Or by cable such as at:

Samsung U600 is a Quadband phone not Tri-Band Phone and as long as you had it unlocked, it will work in USA. I had Samsung U600 so I am sure with you about this. Welcome to America

If you are saying that it powers off in a few seconds you most probably have a bad (internal) power supply.
