Check the settings. Could be you are on manual, or in night mode. Try to put the camera in automatic mode. (green camera loge on the main dial)

Cannot be power on

remove the battery and try to charge the battery, before you put it back in. If you have a multimeter, try to measure the voltage of the battery. It should be just a few tenths of a volt higher than what is printed on the battery. Before reinserting the battery, check the contacts of both the battery and in the camera. They should be clean and shiny. Only to be cleaned with a dry cloth is needed. Then reinsert the battery and try switching it on again. If it still does not work, you should visit a service centre or repair shop. But I think (most of the time it is) the battery is the culprit.

I have st6000 digital camera. when i goto change some settings some options cannot be selected sometimes.(like touch screen not working properly). so how do i reset my camera to factory settings.?

First you have to be sure, you could select the same options in the same menu, with the same settings before. Most of the time when you can't select a certain option, it has to do with the chosen setting. So if you are in automatic, you can't change white balance or the ISO and lots of other things. Also when you are in a scene mode, lots of things can't be changed or chosen. Most camera's don't have any way to go back to the factory settings. You can set back some settings you made, but most of the time, things like language, date time and some other things will stay as you put them in. Don't think your "computer" in the camera does not function correct, unless the camera gives some warning on the screen, or Samsung comes with an update of the firmware.

Blurred photos

You should check to ensure the camera is set on Auto Focus. Might be a switch on the body.

I can't seem to charge the camera I've not used it

Most Lithium Ion batteries can't handle being completely drained like the older NiCad's and if they are drained too low they simply die. There are Zero volt Lithium batteries but their very expensive and not made for cameras. The best prices for camera batteries are on the internet, just make sure the amperage is what you want, not much lower than what the factory battery is.
