Probably you are not transfering files from the SAMSUNG MEDIA STUDIO 5, and the format is not compatible, so you are only carryng the file, try converting video to "svi" (this means samsung video) (default option in samsung media studio 5)

Vista = not compatible with this player

Check your speakers and cables. Make certain the speakers can take the power being applied and match the ohm range of the amp.

Probably cannot do this. Surround systems often have proprietary speaker hookups, and are not meant to be attached to other sources. Samsung manual https://www.samsung.com/africa_en/support/model/HT-E330K/XA/

Some remotes have facility for changing frequency to avoid conflict. Check yours out for this feature.

I had a Samsung TV with sound but no picture, All the controls also worked. The problem was the T-Con board. Make certain you get the right one, or it will not work.

if your tv has a digital out jack and your samsung has digital in jack use an optical cable. if your tv have analog jacks (Red and White) use audio out from tv to audio in on samsung surround, labeled video1,2 or aux
