Check your printer connection it is correct and properly hook up and have latest upgrade and compatible drivers with Windows,Mac,or other Operation System it is running on for your computers systems. Some time you have to bite the bullet and buy the latest printers in the market,because your printer it out of date and have too many software malfunctions it could take a few minutes or more to responses and to prints out to the papers or it doesn't response and don't prints to paper at all.
