Hi, If you are in your tablet, touch "settings" they should show up on the left side of your screen. Scroll down until you see "Reset to Default tap that and it will take you to another screen asking you if you really want to do that, make your selection and Zeki will automatically do it's thing and erase everything, shutdown and power up again. This should be the same for all Zeki Tablets.

Hi, Is your Zeki fully charged? My suggestion is to hold the on/off button for a few secs. to fully power down. Put it on the charge and let it fully charge before trying it again. Then try turn it on again.

im done with zeki im better off with an ipad that costs 500 dollars!!

This doesn't always work but try entering your pattern 5 times and a button may apepar on the bottom right. "Forgot Password?" Click that and as long as you linked your tablet to an account, follow the prompts to reset your password/pattern.Second option, power off the tablet. Now press and hold the power and vol down button until you get a menu. Release the buttons. Now select the Factory reset option and press power to select. This will wipe out the tablet and reset it to defaults

Just got off the phone with support!1. battery must be fully charged first.2. power on the device.3. locate and hold the volume down button while using a safety pinpress and hold the reset in until it starts booting, release the resetbutton and hold the volume down button for 10 seconds then release.4. if you are not prompted to factory restore, repeat step 3 but this timehold volume button for 15 seconds after booting.when you get to the restore prompt you must use the volume + or -to navigate and the power button to select. hope this helps!
