Splendide Washing Machines - Answered Questions & Fixed Issues
I have a Splendide Comb-o-matic 5200 that will start the wash cycle and before it goes into the rinse cycle the dial start clicking in full rotation repeatedly.
The issue you are experiencing with your Splendide Comb-o-matic 5200 could be related to several possible causes. Here are a few things you can try:
- Check the water inlet valve: Make sure the water inlet valve is working properly and is not clogged or damaged. A malfunctioning valve can cause the washer to stop during the wash cycle.
- Clean the drain pump filter: A clogged drain pump filter can cause the washer to stop working during the wash cycle. Clean the filter to remove any debris that may be causing the issue.
- Check the motor: A faulty motor can cause the washer to stop working properly. If you hear a humming noise but the drum is not spinning, it may be a motor issue.
- Check the belt: If the belt is worn or broken, it can cause the drum to stop spinning. Check the belt to see if it needs to be replaced.
If none of these solutions work, it may be a more complex issue and you may need to contact a professional technician for further assistance.

I have a Splendide WD802
I have a splendide 2000 / WD802 pre m with round power buttons. It came with a used RV I bought. Everything would work on it except the drum wouldn't spin at all. After some research and messing around with it I was able to fix it! You remove the back panel and in the bottom left corner there is a white control module chip board mounted in by two screws. Remove the two screws from the back for access to fix it. Now the top plug on pin 1 and 2 shoud have 2 white wires connected to pin 1 and one baby blue wire connected to pin 2. I jumped these 2 pins together with a small length of wire and now our machine spins and works great! Be sure to use at least 6 inches of wire at least as thick as the rest of the wires and make sure that it is well connected. I recommend you take the crimps off the blue and white wires and re crimp them with the jumper wire crimped as well or solder the connection. If you don't have a good connection with a long enough wire it will get hot and possibly catch fire so it is very important to do this correctly. I hope this helps someone!!

We purchased a used motorhome
It should lock on all functions. It may be a bad lock or the connection to the lock. I would call the support for that unit, Westland Sales 503-655-2563.
