U need to contact the service provider associated with the phone for the unlock code. And if the account is not on an up to date paid basis you can pound salt.

You are screwed - the only outfit that can give you the unlock code is the provider associated with the phone. Since money is owed on that phone Sprint has every right to deny you the number until it gets the money owed to them. You can try the manufacturer of the phone but do not hold your breath.

I'm sorry, but if you don't remember the passcode you probably won't get back into the phone. You will have to do a factory reset to use the phone again. That means you will lose anything not stored in a cloud. Here are the instructions for an Android factory reset.
