I am trying to replace

Suzuki does sell individual replacements, I bought a few last year. If there are a few unusable chimes now, you can try to tune them, nothing to lose, I was able to tune 8 of ours and 2 others were too far gone and had to be replaced. They tune like a tuning fork, which is what they are. If the chime is flat, you either file the tips, in effect making the legs shorter, this must be done evenly or sustain will be affected, or, the inside of the legs near the tips can be filed, again evenly, to reduce mass. If the chime is sharp, filing is done down in the "******" area.

Some of my tone chimes feel like they are gummed

There are 2 hex head screws at the base of the plastic piece that holds the clapper. Unscrew them a little, and it should loosen up the head.

Every other 7th chord, Ab7th, Bb7th, c7th, D7th, E7th, F#7th, will not work. What is wrong and do you know someone I can contact to repair it.

The manufacturer is always your best and usually your best price. But I do not know of your situation because you guys do not add enough detail... are you able to do without it for any length of time? Skill level? Are you on the road? In the studio? How long have you had it? Did you read the operators manual? No one ever does although I do not understand why when you can learn features you would never have dreamed of.rockinbadboy-

Trouble shoot suzuski hp9 88keys

Do you get sound through the headphones? If so, the jack interupt contact may be dirty or corroded. Some contact cleaner should help clean it up, then it is merely a matter of plugging and unplugging several times to make the contact for the speakers.Other possibilities, the source is not set right, the volume is off, or muted, the "voice" ahs not been selected.- inother words a knob set wrong, or button pushed or not pushed. I am betting you checked those first thing, but should someone else reading this in the future read it, it might be something they have overlooked..
