blower blows fast on high
all fuses good
the 2 heater hoses at the fire wall both hot,near 180f +or more.
if engine is cold , the thermostat is bad (missing or installed wrong ,or wrong one used)
if all that is ok then the dash heater box damper is failing, (3 ways possible)

heck for 12vdc (a meter) at the pump wires. for 12vdc cranking, if good the pump is dead. hit the tank side with soft mallet. and bingo pump starts up.?

Check engine lamp Glowing while running the engine,
no year SX4 told. nor the engine there.
but CRUISE now (modern designed) is disabled. when CEL glows.
that way CRUISE can not go mad and cause car to wreck, see how that works.?
