First make sure the battery is working properly.If it will take a charge from a different charger then your charging system on the motor is not working and needs to be checked out. This is something the average person can not do.

turn the kill switch to on position , give it choke place it in neutral and pull the cable

Not sure what's the question. You can get a copy of wire color codes from local dealer or internet.

You need to get someone to hook up a diagnostic computer to the motor and check for codes. Make sure you did not leave any sensors unplugged as it will go into default mode.

Top coil should go to top cylinder, bottom coil to bottom cylinder

Check your prop.

This can be caused by a lack of fuel pressure, you need to monitor the fuel pressure when this problem occurs.
