Did you buy Norton Anti-Virus? If not then someone may have used your account to pay for Norton. I would talk to your bank about getting the funds back. I really do hope you're able to get this problem resolved with your bank, though no one here can really do anything.

Since you have the product key it is very easy to install again. just go to the following URL and download the software and install, when it asks you for the product key enter the key,
