Issue with Coleman 4345 rechargeable lamp.
It sounds like the internal battery is faulty. Have you tested the time the light will stay on at low setting against what the advertising says 66 hours? The Cree Light module has a current sensor in it and will cut off when there isn't enough current.

This says it takes 8 D-Size batteries, and doesn't mention rechargeable at all?

Switch to that account, go to "Settings" > "Accounts" > "Family & other users," select the accessible account, and change it to Administrator. Then, you can reset your forgotten password from there.

The boot sector may be corrupt, or the BIOS is confused and needs reconfiguring because you replaced the CMOS battery.
